Protect owner economics
Technical decisions are evaluated against installed cost, schedule exposure, operability, maintainability and lifecycle value.
Our operating position
FoneBox can enter a mandate as development advisor, owner’s engineer, program manager, EPCM provider, system integrator or EPC contractor for a defined facility or package. The role is selected to fit project maturity, risk allocation and the owner’s retained capability.
We work with project sponsors, asset owners, investors, public agencies, utilities, OEMs, specialist consultants, licensed professionals, contractors and financiers through project-specific delivery teams.
Operating principles
Technical decisions are evaluated against installed cost, schedule exposure, operability, maintainability and lifecycle value.
Design packages reflect actual procurement lead times, workfronts, access, lifting, shutdowns, testing and turnover sequence.
Battery limits, inputs, outputs, responsibilities, dates and acceptance requirements are documented before they become field conflicts.
Problems are reported with impact, options, recommendation, decision owner and required date—not buried in narrative status.
A project is not complete until the owner receives controlled as-builts, vendor data, test evidence, training and operating information.
Project-specific teams
FoneBox combines core project leadership with qualified discipline engineers, licensed professionals, OEMs, fabrication partners, contractors, commissioning specialists and regional resources appropriate to the jurisdiction and work package.
Professional engineering, construction and regulated services are performed under applicable licensing, permitting and authority requirements through appropriately qualified entities and personnel for each jurisdiction.
